Welcome to Nonprofit-101! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of products purchased through our website (the "Site"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Handling Time: After processing, items are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

 

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on factors such as destination, package size, and delivery time requirements.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to physical street addresses within the United States.

 

Damages and Issues

Nonprofit-101 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost to reship the package to the correct address.
